We have an LEI procees that pulls information off a DB2 table and places it into a notes database document. This has worked in the past, but the latest run gave us the following error:

Does anyone have an idea of what may be causing this or where to look? I originally thought it may have to do with the values on the table, but I am not sure and LEI is not my strong suit.
