Hi All,
I've been thrown out to a site that uses lotus notes for their email. Today I had to install lotus notes client 6.0.1 in a brand new machine for existing user.
I installed the client without any problem. I then copied user.id file from the %username% folder to desktop. I opened that id file with Notes.
It asked me to enter name, where I put name of the user and It asked me to enter server name, (may be here I did mistake) and I put server name which was SERVER01. The "connect to server" option was ticked. Then I clicked next and it asked me to put password. I put the same password as the user uses to log into the computer and she also confirmed the password. It keeps on saying "wrong password" or so.
I hooked up the old machine where she was using notes. I can open notes using same password which I've been trying.
Is there there anything I am missing here. Or did I put the server name is a right format?
