OK dumb question as I am having a brain fart today and can't think of this.
What I am wondering is there a way to turn out of office off for users in a group. Heres the problem.
There are 8 users in our helpdesk group and say if 3 are away and have their ooo turned on and someone emails the helpdesk group. The sender receives 3 out of office messages from users from the group. So I don't want to turn off the individual users ooo but only if someone emails that group I don't want it to run. Hope this makes sense.
Sorry if this has been answered already but I did a search and could not find anything.
