Oh well...at the rate we upgrade (5 yrs +/-) and given that we've made the determination to move to a single solution for our manufacturing execution system (*), quality system(*), and ERP (Oracle), I'm probably seeing my last version of 'the thing formerly known as Notes'.

(*) We currently use Notes for these two major functions. It's been really fun to build systems that support a manufacturing operation. Given that the systems were built 'for us/by us' and none of us are experts, I have been pleased to find that our system functions pretty much track with what's in the Oracle business suite. It's kind of cool to discover that we got it right more often than not.
Now I'm off to see if I can get my 8.5.3 admin client running (something about server pre not set but no place to set a pref and the only hits in the forum don't have answers...more fun!)
