I have a Rich Text Lite field to add attachments.In few documents, copy of the attachment is available at the bottom of the document with a different name like ATTW4PTB.pdf. I am not sure, why this happens and how should this be avoided?
FYI - 2 $FILE fields are available, 1 with actual attachment name and the other with ATTW4PTB.pdf.
