Hi,
There is a formula in our application which is not returning consistant result. Apparently this bug has been in the application for many years but getting identified only now.
The attempt here was to ensure that documents which get created newly or undergoing review as highlighted in the OR condition, should get the value as "New". However despite all this condition being true, the field gets resolved to blank.
To the wits end, to identify what might be causing this. Any clues as to when a formula might start resolving incorrectly?
