I have a database in development that has a form that includes a couple of dialogue list fields. These fields determine the priority of the task or issue (according to the action type). I've set the source for both dialogue lists as follows:
High | [PRIORITYHIGH]
Normal | [PRIORITYNORMAL]
Low | [PRIORITYLOW]

The fields are called WRIPriority and WRTPriority, and are valid on Issues and Tasks respectively.

I'm currently working on an action button to submit the request to the nominated user. To that end, I've created a hidden computed field, WRKFlag:
@If( WRKType = "Risk";
"[IncludeDocLink]";
"[IncludeDocLink]": + @GetField("WR" + @Left(WRKType; 1) + "Priority"))

I've then coded the action button as follows:
tmpSubj:=@If(WRKReference = ""; WRKTitle; WRKReference + " - " + WRKTitle);
tmpRems:="The following " + @LowerCase(WRKType) + " has been assigned to you by " + @Name([CN]; WRKRaisedBy) + ". Please click on the link to see more." + @NewLine + @NewLine;
@SetField("WRKSubmitted"; @Today);
@MailSend(WRKAssignedTo; "";"";tmpSubj;tmpRems;"";WRKFlag);
@SetField("SaveOptions"; "1");
@Command([FileSave]

The main problem that I have is that the mail is correctly composed and sent, but it does not include a doc link. Is it even possible to use field values as formula flags?
