In the form design, there is a field holding the values for the serial numbers. I am needing to be able to search all the documents within the view for a specific serial number. If the serial number is included in any of the documents, a message is to be presented to the users.
Also to mention, the field holding the serial number can be multiple serial numbers, so the search will be to check if any of the documents in the view have the serial number listed for each of the serial numbers listed in the field.
Can anyone give me the best way of trying to accomplish this task at hand?
