We use notes client 7.0.1 and have a problem when we send mail, the return reciept donīt work properly. Sometimes we have a returnreciept sent back and sometimes not.
Iīve been toold that:
If you send mail inside the company it works to 100%, if you mail to another company who uses Notes, it works to 90% and if you mail someone else, you have a 50-50% chanse to get a return reciept.
Does anyone know whats true?
