This is urgent and I'm hoping someone can assist. Some of our users have custom mail templates (minor update with print action button... same Memo form, etc. otherwise). The initial archives were created using default profile that creates archive database based on another template (standard mail6 template). The issue is that documents are missing in the $Inbox. I have checked for duplicate $Inbox, removed it and let design recreate, performed maintenance including index rebuilds, and even ran a script to refresh Folder UNID associations. In my opinion, there should be no real reason the current archive setup does not work since the forms like Memo are the same (minus the print action button). Documents show up in the other folders, just not $Inbox. Help... this is causing some tension inside our company. Is there something I can do with the archive profile or should the archive database just be recreated using the new archive policy that creates with custom template? Is there something in the custom mail template (design) that could be causing the hiccup? I have no idea what that would be since just the Memo form was changed (and the associated agent).
