that will work for all groups but what about if you don't want this restriction for all groups, but just for one or for a few?
You may be able to further refine your Router/SMTP > Basics > Address Lookup field to require "Fullname only" which requires an exact match when looking up the group's address. If you don't assign an internet address for the group it would not be reachable via the internet. Be careful here though, if you currently have this set to "Fullname then local part" or "Local part only" this could have a negative affect on how user lookups are handled. You'd need to test this fully to make sure it does not "upset" your user mail routing.
