Hmmmm... I was going to suggest checking whether the preview pane was open in the view on the computers that show the wrong value. But no... that problem comes up with formulas running in a view context. This is LotusScript not formula, and the code runs in the current document context.
But what the heck! Check it anyhow. It's the only idea I've got. :-) And even if it's open only by one or two pixels at the bottom of the view display, maybe it's causing the old value to be cached.
