I have just run into something that I have not seen before and wondered if anyone else has seen this or has a resolution. I have a form that uses gotofield on postopen and postmodechange if the doc has been put into edit mode. There is no intermediate save button, only the action buttons that save the document and at the same time advance the document to the next status.
For some reason, when I put the document into edit mode and then make a change to any field and then either use the standard save disk icon that comes with notes or use CTRL+S and then close and reopen the document into read (or edit) mode, the changes are not saved. If I save and then immediately check document properties, the changes are there. However, the $Revisions and UpdatedBy do not reflect that I was ever in the document. In addition, if I close and then check doc properties, the changes are not there.
I saw someone else's post that made me think that this may be related to the gotofield, but it might not be.
