The following issue is happening with Domino Administrator :
1-When the Administrator wants to replace design of any database on the server (of any size), it takes up to 5 minutes to show the list of available templates on the server.
2-When he wants to browse domino files on server, it takes a great deal of time to display the folders tree (~5 minutes). Most of the time passed during specific folders.
In these folders there aren't any .nsf, .ntf, or any domino system files. There are thousands of text (.txt) files that are used both by a domino application (nsf) and an another foreign application.
It seems to me that domino consumes this time in scanning these files for .ntf and .nsf files.
I have been trying to find a parameter for notes.ini that would be used to exclude 'a folder' from being scanned for ntf files.
But I didn't find anything yet. So I would like to ask:
-Is there such parametrization in domino server?
-Is there another way to prevent domino sever from checking these folders other than relocating these folders to outside domino data folder?
