A user is getting good mail in his Junk folder. There is no rule defined in his mail file for that domain or that particular email address.
We use IronMail is the firs server that does the anti-spaming/ virus and other security procedure.
Once email is determined to be good, it then forwards that email to our SMTP and from their to recipients's mail server.
I don't see anything being stopped at IronMail for that address. Where the mail being decided to be Junk is sent to junk. It could not be IronMail for it sends user a notification if blocks any email with a link.
Who is making a junk mail, junk mail?
Please let me know if you have any ideas
