There are two docs that share the RDC-800 PN.
I verified multiple times that the PN was 'RDC-800' and had no leading or trailing zero characters
Thinking that maybe the docs themselves were somehow damaged, I opened each one, changed the PN to RDC-8001 and the lookup worked.
Changed both back to RDC-800 and the lookups work also.
<queue the Twilight Zone music>
Going back into my hole now...
If anybody has any ideas why this would happen, I'd love to know.
