Andreas S. Brunner 10.May.06 09:29 AM a Web browser Domino Server 6.0.2 CF2 Windows 2000
SMTP-Mail-In-Server "SRV-A" Domino 6.0.2CF2 (in Domino-domain "DOM-A") with spamfilter-software IQ.Suite 7.6. Every mail that passes the spamfilter gets delivered to server "B", which is in Domino-domain "DOM-B". Server "A" hosts a replica of the address book of "DOM-B". Directory Assistance is implemented there with search order "1" for "DOM-B"īs address book.
We want the spamfilter to have less work, so we set the field "Verify that local domain recipients exist" in the server document of server "A" to "Enabled".
We told the server to "tell router config update" and even restarted the whole server.
Now why are mails addressed to recipients which are NOT known in "DOM-B"īs address book NOT bounced with an appropriate Delivery Failure Report to the sender in spite of the above mentioned server document setting?
