Hi,

I need to be able to generate a list of response documents, present these to the user, let the user "order" them as they like and then return the "order" number back to the original documents. I've been able to generate a list of response documents and send these to a form that is shown to the user. From here on I need to:

* Create buttons which lets the user move the items up or down depending on how they want them to be ordered.
* Create an OK button which then saves the order of items back to the original documents (Eg, the first item in the list will be number 1, so the value of "1" will be saved back to a field on that document)

Hope someone can help out - I've pasted the code I have so far below.

Sub Click(Source As Button)
'// Workspace variables.
Dim Session As New NotesSession
Dim db As NotesDatabase
Dim WorkSpace As New NotesUiWorkSpace
Dim UiDoc As NotesUiDocument
Dim Doc As NotesDocument
Dim ResponseCollection As NotesDocumentCollection
Dim CurrentResponse As NotesDocument
Dim ResponseList As NotesItem
Dim tempdoc As NotesDocument
Dim ws As New NotesUiWorkSpace

Set Session = New NotesSession
Set db = SEssion.CurrentDatabase
Set ws = New NotesUIWorkspace
Set UiDoc = WorkSpace.CurrentDocument
Set Doc = UiDoc.Document
Set ResponseCollection = Doc.Responses
Set CurrentResponse = ResponseCollection.GetFirstDocument
Set tempdoc = db.CreateDocument
Set item2 = New NotesItem(tempdoc, "List", "")

While Not (CurrentResponse Is Nothing)
If (CurrentResponse.Form(0) = "Submission" And CurrentResponse.OnAgendaFlag(0) = "Yes") Then
Messagebox CurrentResponse.SubmissionTitle(0)
Call item2.AppendToTextList(CurrentResponse.SubmissionTitle(0))
End If
Set CurrentResponse = ResponseCollection.GetNextDocument(CurrentResponse)
Wend

Call ws.Dialogbox("AgendaReorder", True,True, False, False, False, False, "Reorder agenda items", tempdoc)

'// Close the Current Document
Call UiDoc.Close
End Sub

Cheers,
Jason
