Error: Cannot access or create the ID file. We are slowly moving users to a Windows 7 environment from Windows XP.
When an upgraded user tries to change his password in Notes 7 through File>Security>User Security, he gets the error cited above and is unable to change the password. Is this a known issue? is there a work-around or fix? thanks
