I'm trying to build a script that will create a full text index on a database that the user selects. I want the script to be able to prompt the user which options to select and based on those options, create the index.
In my script, I'm presenting the user with a dialog box asking them do they want to index encrypted fields, do they want to index sentence breaks etc.
I'm having trouble working out how to build these results into the 'long' data type you need when using CreateFTIndex. For example, if the user wants to index attached files with conversion filters, and also index encrypted fields, how would I build these options into a 'long' value which I can then pass to the CreateFTIndex call?
