Notes/Domino 6 and 7 Forum : Failed to match all of the notes processes

My domino server is crashing every couple of hours. Below is the beginning of the log and below is the fatal thread. It briefly shows the "NSD is already running" screen before it shuts down. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks,
