You need two files; the logo image (which let's say is a GIF) and the HTML file that refers to it. HTML importing formatting control is a little iffy, but you should be able to make it look more like what you want using styles. You're using such an old version, though, I don't know how much control you'll have. Even the latest versions don't support many of the style options.
