I've been asked to make it so that a group of users can't send any email. Internal and external. But still receive emails. Or at the very least, prevent them from sending emails to each others.
Going through server configs and forums, it would seem I have 3 ways to do it.
1- Server mail rules (Do not deliver mails from those users)
2- Hide the users carefully in the names.nsf so that they can't see each others. (but they'll be able to send emails to anyone else... I'd use this as a last resort as it doesn't 100% cover the need of the requester......)
3- Block access to mail.box on the mail server to the users group.
I'm interrested in collecting opinions and suggestions from you guys on that matter. Please.
