I have two servers that I'd like to collect license tracking, one is inside the firewall and used by our employees and the other is outside the firewall and used by a few of our customers. Access on this server is only via https.
I have license tracking enabled in both server config docs.
The internal tracking seems to be working but I'm not getting any counts for external users. I have logging turned on for the external server so I can see login activity for the last 3 months.
I've done a search of the forum and about all I can see is 'yep sometimes it don't work' posts. I've reviewed the admin help and see that all activity should collect into the main admin server (the one inside the firewall).
Is there anything I can do to force the external site to begin collecting user data?
