We would like to email a message with a button to a specific subset of users, but for it to not be displayed in their inbox. The botton has code to repair some signed mail file settings, so it has to be executed with the user's Notes ID. We just don't want them to see it and use it or delete it.
Is there a way to do this without:
1. modifying the mail template
2. creating any hidden rules or folders
3. suggesting an alternative such as pasting the message manaully or pasting an agent
We are also looking at keeping the button in a seperate DB, grant ACL acces to the users, and then add to the code a lookup in the NAB to find the mail file of the current Notes ID and then make the modifications to their mail file from the DB instead of opening their mail file to run the code.
