In the column properties box, in the field labeled "Multi-value separator", select "New Line"
In the view display properties on the 3rd tab, make sure that you set the Height set to a sufficient number of lines per row to display all the values - you should select the maximum number of rows that you may want to display, and also check "Shrink rows to content" to make it adjust the height based on the number of values.
