I am having a strange problem; when logging on the domino server through ssh, it can be seen from the logs that it is working fine i.e., transferring mail to sub-servers and delivering locally; but users cannot connect to it message displayed is 'Remote system not responding'.
Only solution I have is to restart the server.
When I stop the domino service, it does not stop properly; thus when restarting the server consistency checks are done.
Since there is no server crash, there is no error message which can help for further troubleshooting.
Is there any other tool I can use to monitor the server? The server runs on Linux - RedHat. Any comments/ links will be of great help.
