Notes Client 7.0 All Platforms

I have searched this forum and the Notes help looking for an answer on this without success. I am trying to use a frame set in database1 to display views from database2.

Background info:

This for notes client only. I am developing this on a stand-alone workstation - Win XP Pro and not accessing a Domino server.

database1 has the following:

Frameset called "home" with three frames:
Top frame - displays text only.
Left frame - Frame name is "LeftFrame", with its content set to a page with two buttons to navigate between two views. Each button opens a different view ie button 1 - First view, button 2 - Second view

Right frame - Frame name is "NotesView", display the selected view depending on the button pressed on the left frame. Default is set to display "First View"

Navigator page:

Button 1 has the following logic:

@Command( [FileOpenDatabase]; "" : "Database2.nsf");
@SetTargetFrame("NotesView");
@UpdateFormulaContext;
@Command([OpenView]; "First View")

Button 2 has the following logic:

@Command( [FileOpenDatabase]; "" : "Database2.nsf");
@SetTargetFrame("NotesView");
@UpdateFormulaContext;
@Command([OpenView]; "Second View")

database2 has the documents and two views

The problem I am having is that I cannot get the right frame in "home" frameset in database1 to work properly. When testing the frameset, the first time the buttons work. If I click on either button the second time, selected view opens in a separate window. Or I get an error message "view or navigator "view name" does not exist"???

I tried several combinations of the above commands in the buttons without success ... any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Head is starting to hurt from banging against the desk. :(

Thanks,

Jonathan
