The closest thing I've seen to documentation of the NotesCSEventOwnerDocument is at Julian Robichaux's site:
http://www.nsftools.com/tips/NotesTips.htm — look for the entry titled "Setting Up Repeating Dates In Notes" (about 3/4 of the way down the page) and download the ZIP. Because the class is undocumented, there's a bit of guesswork and supposition involved, and he's working in the opposite directing you are, but it may help you on your journey.
