Hi ,
I have had an issue last week where one of the application servers went up to 100% in cpu usage. So when the system admin people looked in to the server logs they found nothing other than an agent error. In the logs there were some mail sending errors printed out by the agent.
The error it showed was Error 4294 :"Unable to send mail. No match found in Name & Address Book(s)
I have two questions :
1 . What are the possible reasons for this error happening and how can we solve it?
2. Can this agent error cause the cpu usage to go up to 100%.Or in general agents does so consume cpu utilization but does this kind of error alone can cause the cpu utilization to reach up to 100.
