Hi,
To address your issue you got to answer few queries.
1. On which Operating System your Domino Server resides?
2. If it is windows then you can hard code the target path where your text file gets created otherwise if it were on unix or any flavor then you got to check in \varnotes\data folder.
Usually scheduled agents run on server so it all depends on the OS and the agent Run Time Parameters.
