Dear all expert,
1. I have create a form A which is a document that will call ot a subform. The subform contain all the field that which required users to fill in.
2. I than create a response form B where it will show out when user click on the comment button in form A. But in this response form B, it does not show any value which had been input and saved by user in form A.
