Which server (old or new) is set as his home mail server in the Address Book?
Which server is shown as his home mail server in his local Address book (locations)?
Notes is supposed to 'automatically' update the user's home server (in his local address book) based on the value contained in the server's address book...
If you type ctrl-o, can you open the 'new' server by Server Name? If not, can you open it by typing its IP address?
If you open a DOS window, can you resolve the new server from his PC?
