I my workflow application, emails with doclinks (to Notes documents) are sent to users as required. I am setting field MailFormat to E.
Some users which do not use Notes mail - as expected the doclinks do not work for them.
I would expect that the doclinks would work for users (not in the same domain but) using Lotes Mail (Notes 5 server and client)- because MailFormail field is set to 'E'. But, when these users recieve the email - the link is not present for them too and a file with extension .ond is attached to the email.
What is this .ond file and is there any way to make the doclink visible to the users using Notes mail?
