Subject: a program running on this computer is trying to display a message

When Domino start (service) we always get the following message:
"a program running on this computer is trying to display a message"
If you select to view the message the screen changes resolution and a command window named "Lotus Domino Server Controller" is displayed with the following text:
"Note:
If the Domino Server requires a password, you must first connect
to the Domino Server Controller via the Domino Console and enter the password to
start the Domino Server.
Domino Server Controller started at 2/1/11 11:03 PM.
Host name is [HOSTNAME]/[IPADDRESS]
Listening for connect requests on TCP Port:2050
Domino Server started at 2/1/11 11:03PM."
If you choose to close the window the Domino server stops?
Is there anyway that we can get rid of this without comprimising the functionality of Domino?
