Subject: initial console prompt keeps other Windows services from starting after upgrading
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Domino Server
Technical Area: Install
Platform: Windows 2003 server
Release: Beta 2
Reproducible: Always

This is kind of a weird one:

After installing Domino via remote desktop, I restarted the system. When it came back up, Domino started automatically (it was installed as a service by the installer), but it brought up the windows console and was prompting to update the databases (names.nsf, etc.) from the latest 8.5 templates).
What's really weird is when it was in this state, Windows remote desktop didn't work. You had to log in and answer the console prompt before the remote desktop windows service would start up...

Doesn't matter if you're doing this on the machine, but if you're doing this remotely, it's pretty ugly because you have to physically go over to the machine to fix this issue :-P
