I'm running a domino 8.5.3 server. We can send and receive emails to/from all domains we try except for one. For privacy reasons, I don't want to reveal the domain, but I'll call it domain x.com. I'll refer my domain as domain y.edu.
When we send an email to an address at x.com, they don't receive it, but we don't get any bounce back message either. The people at x.com claim they receive emails from all other domains except for y.edu. They also claim that they've looked through their log files and can't find problems on their end. I need to either find out what the problem on my end is, or where the problem truly lies.
Below is the console output when a message is sent to x.com. I've changed the domains to their pseudonyms.

I'm still new to managing a Domino server so I'm not entirely sure what to make of the output. It seems like the server can't find a path from y.edu to x.com, but again, not sure.
I went through all the console output from the start through the timeout point of 11:09:43 (10 minutes after send attempt), and I found no other reference to the message or the target domain.
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
