Subject:
Relative URL in mail body getting appended with "files:///c:"
Feedback Type:
Problem
Product Area:
Notes Client
Technical Area:
Functionality
Platform:
Windows
Release:
8.5.2
Reproducible:
Always
We are sending mails from sharepoint to Lotus Notes.
The mail body has base href defined in header tag.
<html><head><base href='https://mysite.com' /></head>
There is and hyperlink created in mail body
of sort "/Request/viewrequestdetailas.aspx"
It works fine for all users where the hyoerlink refers to
https://mysite.com/Request/viewrequestdetailas.aspx
.
However for some user the hyperlink refers to
file:///c:/Request/viewrequestdetailas.aspx
Any help, pointers, leads will be welcome.
I have tried customising various user preferences.
Additionally deleted and created new perweb.nsf.
but still the problem remains
