This is based on the User-Agent of the request. If you have a proxy or something else in the network that changes the User-Agent, you will get the non-recognized case. But, you can always pick the appropriate client from the links provided - auto-recognized or not, mis-auto-recognized or not. Just click the appropriate link and keep on going.
