In the manual I am using for reference, the action bar bottons are as follows:
New, Reply, Reply All, Forward, a folder icon, flag icon, trash icon, More, a clockwise arrow, and at the very end there is a botton that says Show. All of these buttons have icons
However, my action bar has the following:
New Memo, Reply, Reply All, Forward, Delete, Folowup, Folder, Copy Into New, Chat, Tools, and View Unread. All of my action buttons are gray with no icons.
This difference is making it difficult for me (a new user) to navigate the instrucions. What is the reason for the difference?
