Hi,
We have a Notes database created on version 6.5 having ODS version as 43. When we are trying to use the Lotus Notes in built feature of "Customize This View.." in Notes 8.5 version then we are not able to do any selection in the pop up window but when we are trying to do the same from Notes 6.5 then we are able to make selection in the pop up window and it working as expected.
We have tried by changing the ODS version of the database as well but with no luck.
Please help.
