I have an uncategorized view with 9 fields displayed. None of the columns use formulas. The fields are a mix of text, numbers, and dates. Nothing out of the ordinary.
I select 5 or 10 docs, do edit copy as table, and then paste the results into Excel. I've seen:
1. Only the header pastes in.
2. The header and 1 doc pastes in.
3. Some of the docs paste in along with docs I didn't select at all.
I've also done a searc that returns 250 docs, selected all, and 35 paste into Excel. This behavior is consistent.
I've confirmed that edit copy as table works as expected in several other apps. It even works in different views in the problem db.
I created a new view based on the old view and it shows the same behavior.
File Export to any output results in similarly weird results; mostly only partial data for each row and not all selected rows.
I have not yet tried OLE/COM exports to Excel as those functions are not part of the design.
Server is 8.5.3, clients are still at 6.5.4
Any ideas???
