We have approximately 100 Traveler users all of which are working as advertised with the exception of one. For this one particular user mail is delayed by up to 3 days before arriving on the iPad. On the Notes client no delay. We have reset the device and deleted the Traveler profile and recreated but the problem remains.
Private mail is delivered to the device without delay.
Anyone have an idea on what might be happening?
