I have some users whose ID should be in the ID Vault as following message is in their log:
25/07/2012 15:07:49 ID 'c:\Lotus\Notes\Data\bsmith.id' successfully uploaded/synchronized to vault 'O=UKVault' on server 'CN=DOM001/OU=Server/O=CompanyName' by 'Bob Smith/UK/Company Name'.
However when I look in the Vault Users view their ID is not visible?
Has anyone encountered this before?
