I think it's because there are more forums. Like LinkedIn. I see quite a few questions being posed there. The drawback is that you have to be a member of pretty much every Lotus group in order to see them all. Plus, since the person asking the question isn't sure if it's the right group, asks the same question in multiple groups. Here, everything is where it should be and it benefits more people.
