I use Rules to restrict users from sending email to group of all employees (Router/SMTP> Restrictions and controls> Rules). My rule is when To or CC is firstname.lastname@example.org don't Accept Message and don't Deliver Message except when sender contains email@example.com.
If someone sends on "firstname.lastname@example.org" <email@example.com> or <firstname.lastname@example.org>, the email is still delivered.
What should be done? Is there other way to block users from replying to the email.
Thanks to help!
