Subject: iNotes redirect failed with HTTP 404 error

I have a few users where by when they try to login to iNotes, they get the following error message - "HTTP 404 - Entry not found". I apply iwaredir.nsf to redirect user to iNotes after they successfully login.
However, i'm able to access the iNotes directly with set the URL direct pointing to the user's mail file - "http://mail.domain.com/mail/username.nsf", but failed to login when access through http://mail.domain.com/iwaredir.nsf, get the HTTP 404 error.
