I dont want to rain on someone else's parade... but..
Please use "nsd -kill" or "nsd -dumpandkill" from a command line to kill Notes processes if Notes won't shutdown.
NSD will take a snapshot of all the running threads and processes and write out diagnostic data we can use to analyze the problem.
Then please send that diagnostic data into us.
