There is not the same the maximum LotusScript Library name's length in v.8 and in v.7.0.2.
If the name consists of the english letters and spaces only, then in v.8.0 and in v.7.0.2 the maximum lengthes are the same and equal to 64 symbols.
If the name consists of the russian letters then in v.7.0.2 the maximum length is equal to 32 symbols and LS libraries work fine. If the name consists of the Simplified Chinese ideographs then in v.7.0.2 the maximum length is equal to 21 symbols.
If the name consists of the russian letters then in v.8.0 the maximum length is equal to 31 symbols.
There are some details.
If the name length is up to 21 symbols, then LS libraries work fine. Their names may include spaces.
If the name length is greater then 21 symbols then if the name includes space then using of the LS Library results in the message 'Illegal circular USE',
else if the name does not include spaces then in run time is issued the message 'Cannot find External name'.
