Subject: Standard "reply" action should be "reply without attachment"

Maybe I'm not a "normal" user, but I have never ever used and needed the attachment in a reply mail.
What is the reason for that default behaviour? If that option is really interesting for someone, I guess they can manually click a "Reply with attachment" action.
Or alternatively please add a preference setting, in which I can configure my favorite reply variant.
